Diocesan Fostership Scheme
A ministry of protection, nurture and hope
The Diocese has historically cared for children through schools, hostels, residential institutions and welfare initiatives.
As international support for some children's homes diminished, the Diocese responded by establishing a Diocesan Fostership Scheme, ensuring that children's education and wellbeing would not be abandoned.
The initiative mobilises support across the Diocese and creates a sustained fund for children's welfare.
This reflects a central conviction of the Diocese:
